DragStalgia Eliminator

DragStalgia Eliminator  has been tailored to accommodate both the nostalgia fans and the heads-up fans simultaneously.

While DragStalgia Eliminator  still maintains a fair playing field for a wide range of racing budgets, it may require a slightly larger budget than would DragCar Eliminator  due to the fact that vehicles will need to be tailored to the particular class in which they are competing rather than simply being indexed according to their specific vehicle combination, but these classes have been formulated in the interest of satisfying the overwhelming racer's desire for heads-up racing over handicapped competitions.

Another favored feature of DragStalgia Eliminator  and DragPro Eliminator  is the racers' ability to determine their own indexes simply by multiplying engine size by valve size and gross valve lift.  This product is then cross referenced with the minimum weight charts for any particular class to establish a minimum weight for that specific vehicle.

Super Stock  are nostalgic classes for cars which are currently considered Stockers in most other sanctioning bodies, but the early day Super Stockers were actually more closely related to these cars.

Super Modified   are nostalgic classes for cars which are currently considered Super Stockers in most other sanctioning bodies, but they are more closely related to the Super Modifieds of the '70's/'80's drag racing era.

Gas/Gas Supercharged  are nostalgic classes for cars from 1930-1969 which replicate those of the Gasser periods.

Factory Experimental  are nostalgic classes for factory production body styles originally produced from 1960 through 1969.  There are three classes with indexes ranging from 9.40-11.00.

Nostalgia Pro Stock 1  is a nostalgic class based on a 10.00 index created to closely replicate the original Super-Super Stock/Pro Stock classes of the 1969/1970 seasons, the allowable body style production period has been expanded to 1966 through 1975 however to make room for a greater variety of body styles available for racers to choose from.

Classic Pro Stock 2  is a nostalgic class based on a 9.00 index created to closely replicate the early full tube chassis Pro Stock classes of the Mid '70's through Early '80's seasons. The allowable body style production period has been expanded to 1970 through 1984 however to make room for a greater variety of body styles available for racers to choose from.

*NOTE: The indexes shown are merely base performance standards by which these classes have been derived.  Actual competitive performances will likely be approximately 4 to 8 tenths of a second quicker than the index shown here
depending upon hosting facility atmospheric conditions.
